Welcome to EMI Go, a mobile application developed for internal use by authorized employees of EMIMFI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when using the EMI Go application.

• Internal employee ID (if applicable)

• Location (used only for internal logging if enabled by the user)

• Device ID (used to enforce secure login policies)

2.3 Account Provisioning

New user accounts are created and managed exclusively by EMIMFI's IT department. Employees must request access and will receive login credentials via their official organizational email address.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for work-related purposes:

• Verifying identity during login
• Granting access to EMI Go features such as loan records, work logs, and field visits
• Sending internal communications or notifications
• Analyzing system usage and ensuring technical support
• Complying with legal and company policies
• Verifying device identity; if users change to a new device, re-verification via email will be required
• Locking user access after 3 failed login attempts to enhance account security

4. Information Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties unless:

• Required by law (e.g., government or legal authorities)
• Required for internal audits, IT administration, or system maintenance by authorized EMIMFI departments

We prioritize the security of your data with:

11. Service Availability

The EMI Go system and related backend servers are operational only during official service hours: 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Laos local time). Access outside of this period may be restricted or unavailable to ensure maintenance, security, and optimal resource usage.
